Meet The Host

Jeff Swartz

Jeff Swartz is a seasoned advertising professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience spanning agencies, startups, and media giants like CBS Television. In 2014, he founded Ethic Advertising Agency—a one-person show run out of half a duplex that he scaled into a 15-person, 7-figure full-service ad agency over the course of a decade.
In 2024, Ethic was acquired by Blink Advertising, where Jeff co-leaded an 8-figure, 30+ person agency specializing in strategy, media, branding, creative, website/SEO, and video production until his second successful exit in September 2025. Jeff now runs the geofencing ad technology company, Qujam and is the head consultant at Intentional Leap Consulting.
